Capabilities

Our facilities allow us to do jobs other fabricators can't touch. We have over 28,000 square feet of assembly area. We have five portable lifts of 18000 pounds and six two ton overhead cranes and hysters with up to 20,000 pounds lift.
We have a state of the art 40 x 60 ft paint building and 20 x 40 sandblast booth enabling us to provide finish coats that can be custom colored to your specifications.
Our estimated tonnage through our shop of structural steel is at 300 ton and mechanical at 100 ton per month.

We employ a full time crew of highly skilled trades people, including A.S.M.E and A.W.S. welders. We have experienced machine, paint and detail departments.
Our purchasing and estimating staff will follow every step of the project from your drawing or prints issued by an engineer to the final shipment.
We also have the ability to do our own trucking when needed.

We are equiped with a complete in-house machine shop. It includes engine lathes 27" with 72" swing and 38" with 22' swing; Horiontal mill-48", Vertical Mill-40" hexagon turret lathe, keyseater, boring mills, milling machines with digital readouts and various other machines. This aspect of our facility assures proper and accurate fits during installation.
